Video Is the Next Frontier for Email Marketers

Forty-three percent of marketers said they didn’t use videos in email messaging simply because they lacked the content, making it the most prominent obstacle to the practice. That was followed by the added costs of producing videos (27%), videos figuring low on the priority list (24%) and skepticism that video would improve email campaign performance (22%).

This is a great article that stresses the importance of using video in email newsletters. But We have two points to add to the discussion.

First, not having video content because it is too expensive is just crazy talk in our book. The technology has never been more affordable and accessible. Even editing is easier with mobile apps that offer a limited feature set for a small cost.

Second, just having video in your email doesn’t do you any good if the quality is poor. That includes the technical quality, and the quality of the content. The quality of the video can influence the viewers perception of the professionalism of your company. You would feel different about Apple’s stock prices if they released a video with bad sound and poor lighting.

That’s where we come in! A great way to generate quality content at an affordable rate is to do multiple videos at the same time. We can come to your office for a day and generate weeks or even months worth of video for you. Want to know how? Contact us, and we’ll show you how.

Crowd Funding Real Estate Investing

Source – The Verge

Realty Mogul, a new crowdfunding platform based in Los Angeles, launched today to allow accredited investors to buy slices of real estate deals for as little as $5,000. The company, originally called “Real Estate With Friends,” is democratizing an industry that has historically been an elite club, said cofounder Justin Hughes. “Now, you don’t need to know a guy,” he said. “You know us. We’re your guy.”

Crowdfunding has been one of the biggest buzzwords thrown around lately due to the success of sites like Kickstarter. Is crowdfunding real estate the next big thing? Need videos to help pitch a property? (We had to throw that in there) Let us know what you think on our Facebook page.
