In my last post, I discussed one of the “bleeding edge” sales tools that are starting to pop up in my local mall and advertising material. Now I want to talk to you about how easy it has become to use rich video content in your presentation. Here are some more picture I took while “old man mall walking”.

The booth on the left sells premium cell phone screen protectors. Notice that 80% of the viewing area is taken up by a video demonstrating the abuse their screen protectors can take.

The photo on the right is another cell phone accessories booth that uses a small screen to catch the eyes of passersby. I noticed an interesting trend with booths like this. The screen was below eye level. It is the same situation with this next booth..

This booth for a wireless internet company had screens on both sides, below eye level. Does this help to catch the attention of people that don’t want to make eye contact with other shoppers? It’s kind of like putting the sports section of the newspaper above the urinals in a men’s restroom.

I like the booth to the right because it shows how simple it is to integrate video in to your sales presentation. For $160, you can pick up a TV/DVD combo unit from Walmart and have a looping presentation on a DVD.  This is the perfect solution for spicing up your open house, store front, or trade show booth sales presentation without breaking the bank.

Need content for the new $160 TV/DVD you just picked up? Schedule your video shoot with MyHomesMedia by going to our contact page.
