Kevin Rose (Digg, Revision3, Milk) did a test on the three big social networks, (Twitter, Facebook, and Google+) The results are fascinating.
So what does all of this mean? Here is the break down…
| Social Network | Number of Followers | Number of Clicks | Followers per Click |
| 220,000 | 2,203 | 99.86 | |
| Google+ | 129,000 | 350 | 368.5 |
| 1,274,000 | 2,053 | 620.5 |
So, with less followers, you can get more social interactions on Facebook. So if your social media budget is focused primarily on Twitter, you need to reconsider your plan.
